  1. 2010 Staff Handbook
    This is to be read before staff training. Please make a note of any questions that you have to be answered during training.

    This is to be printed off and returned after you have read your staff handbook

  3. 2010 Staff Training Evaluation
    Please complete the following on-line evaluation by clicking on the link above. Please answer the questions honestly and openly. Your feedback is extremely valuable and ensures that we continue offering better staff trainings each year. This evaluation MUST be completed to get your first paycheck. 

  4. Co-Instructor Evaluations
    Please click below for the session you are evaluating. These evaluations are extremely valuable resources in the personal and professional development of individual staff members. They also factor into the overall performance rating of Academy staff which is used to determine staff bonuses and hiring. Please provide honest and open feedback. Responses are kept anonymous. Every instructor must complete a co-instructor evaluation for every session worked. You will not receive your paycheck until these are completed.

  5. 2010 Overnight Form
    This is the form you will send home on Mondays that alerts parents to your overnight location as well as the food items they are responsible for bringing. You will assign menu items after you have designed your overnight menu with your group. For the traditional program with a Wednesday overnight, this will include 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner.

  6. Blank Itinerary Template
    New instructors only - Please create and design a program with a theme and a two-week itinerary to bring to staff training.

  7. Itinerary #1 and Itinerary #2
    This is the format you will use to create and design your programs. You will turn in a completed version of this itinerary prior to the beginning of each session. Please print and keep for your records
